PRODUCTS :
AESP STORE does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. (See Allergic Reaction section below).
We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 3 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.
We will charge shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS :
We understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. AESP STORE will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48hours of use. AESP STORE will request a Doctors letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products and request for refund or exchange.
If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.

ALL EQUIPMENT ARE TESTED TO ENSURE ARE WORKING WELL BEFORE SENDING OUT TO OUR CUSTOMER.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY.
RETURN
If the product you received is incorrect , please contact us within 3 days with related photos or a specific video. You could request a replacement item once our factory confirm that. The return shipping expenses surely will be reimbursed if the return is a result of our error.
We do not accept exchange for unwanted items.
If you need to return an item, simply email us including your order number, reason for return and it would be great if related pictures could be attached. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange.
